		<description>I just tried that machine for the first time last week, and I felt like my brain wasn&#039;t working or something! I was sure I&#039;d forgotten how to move my legs properly, until I figured out I was gliding along smoothly. A few minutes later, I looked down and realized I was going BACKWARDS. But you&#039;re right...30 minutes later, I tried hopping off the machine and my legs nearly buckled underneath me. It was a great workout!</description>

I did my test 2 nights ago though and barely pushed out 50 in a row...with a couple 3 or 4 second rests on my knees...so I&#039;m trying to get back to it.  It&#039;s amazing how quickly you lose it if you don&#039;t use it!</description>
