Thanksgiving is over, the gravy is gone. And I may or may not have drank the remaining gravy from a cup. I can’t help it – Fresh Market makes a mean gravy.
But welcome Christmas! I put up my mini tree today! I love it!
Ok, enough of my weekend happenings. Let’s get to The Weekender!
- These gluten-free pancakes are amazing. I made them this morning and wish I’d made a double batch. Seriously the best GF pancakes I’ve ever had and no crazy gums/guars/starches necessary.
- Stop saying no. Say yes to these 18 things.

The Week in Fitness
S - 10 mile run (outside) – I didn’t fuel properly during the run and was totally beat the 2 miles.
M - rest day
T - treadmill run (3 or 4 miles – can’t remember!)
W – Village Yoga
Th – Turkey Strut 5K!!
F – elliptical + biceps/triceps
S – 7.25 mile treadmill (average pace 8:00, including intervals for the last 2 miles – I upped it to 6:30 min/mile!)
