The spin mixes would work well for any cardio workout. I create them specifically to use in the cycle class I teach, and then always have great mixes ready to go to use on my other cardio workouts. Win win!

Just found your blog, love it. Already added it to my favorites :) I’m definitely going to dl some of these songs! I was just curious..how did you get started teaching spin? Do you have to be certified?

You are so sweet – I’m so glad you like my classes. I’m subbing in cycle on Monday and Wednesday next week if you want to come before Friday.

I will be in cycle on Wednesday! I typically do cycle on Mondays and Wednesdays but my husband is currently on a business trip (Denver, lucky guy!) and returns Monday afternoon. My mom has been here since Thursday (leaves tomorrow morning) to help me (read “prevent me from burning out”) with my son (4). She’s leaving tomorrow morning. It’s so odd being “off” my routine!

I love BP! Adding weight training to my routine has been such a good thing for me.

Love the blog, need to find time to look around here more. :)
